Bir Ayet collects no personal data. There is no server, no user account, and no analytics. The app works fully in airplane mode.
Where your data lives
The emotions you pick, the verses you receive, your journal entries, favourites and reminder setting are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device and we cannot access it. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The only network activity: purchases
Buying premium, restoring purchases and verifying your entitlement at launch go through Apple's StoreKit framework. These happen directly with Apple; we are not in the middle and receive no information. We never see your payment details.
Your entitlement is stored on your device, so after purchase the app continues to work as premium without an internet connection.
Photos access
If you choose to save a share card, the app requests add-only access to Photos. It saves only the card you created; it does not read, view or transmit your photos.
Notifications
If you enable the daily reminder, the notification is scheduled locally on your device. No push notifications are sent from a server.
Children
Because the app collects no data, it collects no data from children either.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party SDKs, ad networks, trackers or analytics.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes.
